CONDIZIONI DI ACQUISTO:
L'accesso all'evento sarà possibile non prima di 30 minuti dall'inizio della manifestazione.
L’orario indicato coincide con quello di chiusura dei cancelli. Oltre tale limite in nessun caso sarà consentito l’ingresso al pubblico, né sarà riconosciuto il rimborso del biglietto. È indispensabile presentare il biglietto in formato cartaceo o in formato elettronico pdf visibile sul proprio dispositivo smart. Non è consentito l’ingresso alle tribune a bambini di età inferiore ai 6 anni. Non è consentito entrare durante gli spettacoli con animali di qualsiasi taglia. Non è consentito portare in tribuna generi alimentari, bibite in qualsiasi tipo di contenitore, oggetti ingombranti (es.: zaini, passeggini, valigie, caschi). Non è consentito effettuare riprese audio-video con alcun mezzo durante gli spettacoli. In presenza di avverse condizioni meteo, compatibilmente con le esigenze di Produzione, gli eventi previsti presso il Belvedere di Villa Rufolo potrebbero essere trasferiti in Auditorium Oscar Niemeyer. In tale eventualità, attesa la limitata capienza dell’Auditorium, esclusivamente i possessori dei biglietti delle file E, F, G, H, I, L, M, N, O avranno diritto ad accedere all’evento, con posto non assegnato. Per gli stessi non è previsto rimborso. Per i restanti biglietti, tutta la fila A, B, C e D; i possessori saranno rimborsati, solo previa richiesta scritta entro cinque giorni dalla data dell’evento. Il Rimborso avverrà con gli stessi canali di acquisto.
TERMS OF PURCHASE:
Access to the event will be permitted earlier than 30 minutes before the start of the concert. The time shown corresponds to the time at which no further admittance is possible. After this time no one will be allowed in, nor will the ticket be reimbursed. It is mandatory for guests to present their printed or e-ticket as well as a valid identity document. Children under the age of 6 are not allowed to attend the concert. When events are taking place, no one is allowed to bring animals of whatever size into the Villa. You are not allowed to bring to the concert foods, drinks in whatever kind of container or awkward objects which include pushchairs, rucksacks, suitcases, moto cycle helmets. It is not forbidden to make audio or video recordings with any form of equipment during the events. In case of unfavourable weather conditions, and production permitting, the events scheduled on the Belvedere of Villa Rufolo may be relocated at the Niemeyer Auditorium. In this case, due to the restricted seating capacity of the Auditorium, only ticketholders all rows E, F, G, H, I, L, M, N, O, will have the right to attend the event. Seats will not be preassigned and no refund is due. Other tickets all row A, B, C and D, holders will be reimbursed upon written request within five days of the date the event. Method of refund will be the same way of the original purchase.
